We recover used parts from damaged or sold vehicles. We check the quality of the parts through a thorough process that our technicians perform in order to offer parts in working condition and at low cost.
We test ALL parts before removing them from the vehicle.
We guarantee the parts until they are installed on the vehicle or 14 days from the day we receive them. Once the part is installed, we are no longer responsible for its use. Electronic parts are not exchangeable or refundable. So when you order an electronic part, you are assured of a functional part.
If the part you ordered does not fit, you must fill out the return form, and we will examine it upon receipt. In the case of an exchange, you will have to pay for the return shipping and the return of the part you want. In the case of a refund, we can refund the amount of the part with a 20% administration fee and we do not refund the shipping cost. If you have been offered transportation to and from the store, a transportation fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
If the part you received is not the one you ordered and the error is ours, you will have to fill out the return form. We will take care of the return shipping and the shipping to send you the right part.
In all cases, the parts must be in their original packaging and must not have been installed, tested or mounted on a vehicle.
Electronic parts and special orders are not exchangeable or refundable. Please make sure you order the right part and do not hesitate to contact us BEFORE ordering if you have any doubt.
We invite you to search third party sites such as (Ronnie's Order Mail, Arctic Cat Parts House ..) to find the OEM number of your part and search for it on our site. If the search results come up empty, we do not have that part in stock.
